Quality 

The quality is that of the postmodernist. It looks like some sort of copying and pasting technique. It also looks recycled. 

Design 

Art Chantry made that poster. He based the style and typography off of a comic book, which was his inspiration for some of his works. It's a postmodernist design.

What attracted me to it? 

I liked the comic motif for the poster.
