What is it?
This is a poster of all of the country's flag arranged in a way to look like Mona Lisa.
Where I saw it?
I saw it in a book I was reading in the Champaign Public Library.
Design and Quality
I think it's creative how the small flags were arranged to look like her with the different colors and arrangements. It's an adaptation of pointillism, the use of using small dots to create an image.
What attracted me to it? 
What attracted me to it was that it looked cool and mesmerizing.
