I bought it at a flea market and I found it while I was cleaning up my room.

Quality 

The poster is high quality

Design 

The design is of the main characters gathered around in a circle. The design feels kind old timey since the anime is based around pirates. The creator of this design is Eiichiro Oda, the creator of the franchise. 

What attracted me to it?

I like One Piece, that's what attracted me to the poster.
